Unenforceable Loans
As many as 50% of loans taken out before April 2007 could be unenforceable. This is due to flaws in the credit agreements and because many lenders have not keept copies of the paperwork.
If your loan can be proven void / unenforceable then you could have the balance legally written off without affecting your credit file.
Please be aware that many companies are claiming that they can clear your loans for an upfront fee of anything up to £500. There is no need to pay these fees.
We can investigate whether you have a claim free of charge.
